Caelan provides thorough cleanings and preventive care with a strong focus on patient education. Their evidence-based, patient-centered approach ensures patients understand the “why” behind each recommendation and feel comfortable throughout their visit. They strive to build genuine, trust-based relationships by taking the time to get to know each patient. Outside the clinic, Caelan enjoys listening to audiobooks and traveling.

Jinu supports the clinical team with afocused, diligent approach and a strong commitment to learning. She takesinitiative, embraces new challenges, and approaches her work with care andprofessionalism. Jinu is warm and friendly with patients, helping them feelcomfortable and well cared for during their visits. She takes herresponsibilities seriously and is dedicated to providing consistent,high-quality support to both patients and colleagues.

She is committed to helping patients feel at ease and empowered, ensuring they have the information they need to make confident decisions about their oral health. Outside the clinic, Karissa enjoys caring for her pets and spending time outdoors.

Kean supports patients and clinicians with gentle, attentive chairside care. Known as the clinic’s “smiling face,” she has a natural ability to help patients feel relaxed and cared for throughout their appointments. Her friendly presence and teamwork contribute to a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient. On long weekends, Kean enjoys travelling out of town and spending quality time with friends.

Manu welcomes patients with warmth and efficiency, helping coordinate appointments and ensuring visits run smoothly from start to finish. With a background in education, she brings strong communication skills and a love of learning to every interaction. Outside her days off, she enjoys walking her dog and listening to podcasts on double speed—much to the amusement of her husband and daughter.

Sylvie is the welcoming face patients meet when they arrive at TOOTHGALLERY.With many years of experience in dental administration, she ensures your visitruns smoothly by coordinating appointments, managing insurance claims, andanswering questions with care. Known for recognizing patients before evenchecking the schedule, she helps make every visit comfortable and seamless.Outside the clinic, Sylvie enjoys crafting, collecting snowmen, and exploringOttawa’s parks with a good book.
