Amany has been a bright presence at TOOTHGALLERY since 2018—her warm smile shines through, even behind a mask. Amany is proud to be part of a team that provides meticulous, high-quality care and attention to detail. What was once her dream—bringing oral health care to underserved communities—has now taken shape in her mobile dental hygiene clinic. She's committed to making a meaningful impact, one smile at a time. Outside the clinic, Amany loves spending time with family and surrounding herself with her favorite flower—jasmine.

Originally from the Thousand Islands region, Caelan settled in Ottawa in 2021 and joined TOOTHGALLERY in 2024. They hold an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Psychology from St. Lawrence College and an Advanced Diploma in Dental Hygiene with Honours from the Canadian National Institute of Health. Passionate about patient education, they focus on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Caelan values building genuine, trust-based relationships by getting to know each patient. Outside of work, they enjoy audiobooks, travel, and spending time with their partner and dog.

Karissa joined TOOTHGALLERY in 2018, initially working part-time while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. In 2024, she expanded her expertise by becoming a certified myofunctional therapist, deepening her focus on airway function and sleep-disordered breathing. Today, she plays a key role on the team as the clinic’s treatment coordinator. Karissa’s favorite part of her work is helping patients feel at ease and empowered in their oral health journey. She knows the dental chair can be daunting and takes pride in creating a calm, supportive environment. A sincere “thank you” from a patient is the highlight of her day. Outside the clinic, Karissa enjoys caring for her pets and spending time outdoors. One day, she hopes to own a farm where she can provide a safe haven for animals in need.

Originally from the Philippines, Kean has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 2019 and a valued member of TOOTHGALLERY team since 2021. Known as the clinic’s “smiling face,” Kean has a natural gift for helping patients feel relaxed and leaving them smiling after their treatment. On long weekends, Kean loves heading out of town for adventures and spending quality time with friends.

Manu joined TOOTHGALLERY in 2025, after a chance meeting with Dr. Taylor at a birthday party. She has a background in education and brings her love of learning wherever she goes. You can usually find her walking her dog or listening to podcasts on double speed, frustrating both her husband and daughter.

Sylvie is the friendly face that welcomes you at TOOTHGALLERY. With over 17 years in dental care and six years alongside Dr. Taylor, she knows her patients by heart—often recognizing them before checking the schedule. Her superpower? Coordinating appointments to fit your busy life, handling insurance claims efficiently, and answering questions with care. When she’s not at work, Sylvie enjoys crafting and has a passion for collecting snowmen—some handmade, some treasured finds that stay out year-round. In summer, she loves strolling through Ottawa’s parks with a good book in hand.
